Financial Analysis
Know where your business is losing money and what to do to increase profits.
Paper Trail analyzes your business’s financial records to identify unnecessary expenses, areas where money may be lost, and changes that could improve profitability. We provide a written analysis with specific recommendations and a practical action plan so you know what to address and why.

What You Receive
Each month, you receive a written Financial Analysis report identifying specific financial concerns, explaining their effect on profitability, and recommending actions to improve results. The report includes a prioritized improvement plan. Analysis is based on the financial records available for the agreed scope. Results and opportunities vary, and no particular increase in profit or cost savings is guaranteed.
How It Works
Paper Trail uses the business records maintained under your existing bookkeeping arrangement. We review the covered financial accounts and transactions, analyze the financial activity, and prepare one written report with specific recommendations and a prioritized plan. Weekly Bookkeeping clients still receive their bookkeeping service weekly, but Financial Analysis is delivered once per month.
Financial Analysis is an optional add-on to bookkeeping, not included automatically in Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Weekly Bookkeeping.
